Map out a system that builds strength in small groups or personal training, or take advantage of weekly classes that tap into the benefits of mobility and breath. Here, there is no set sequence, no one-size-fits-all. We believe the evolution of fitness requires precision and strategic variety. 

How it Works

Our trainers work hand-in-hand with a medical team to provide a recovery experience that is seamless and thoughtful. Every GRIT client receives a personalized physical assessment prior to taking any training or class. And just like a doctor prescribes medication, we prescribe a weekly plan that works for your recovery and your goals. THIS is what makes us different. We combine strength and flexibility in a way that keeps you healthy and on track for the things that truly matter to you. 

Training Options

  1. Personal Training (one-on-one)
  2. Semi-private Training (no more than 4 people)
  3. Group Classes

                Available M/W/F  6 AM and 1 PM


The Points System

The Breakdown

Every training option is based on a point system. Each point is $30. Use your points to mix and match training options throughout the week. Packages are sold in groups of 3, 5, 10 and 20 points. 

 Group Classes = 1 point 

Semi-private Training = 2 points

Private Training = 3 points
